Mr. Nestor Jan L. Suba, an experienced Special Education (SPED) teacher at Ecumenical Christian College, led a crucial training session for child development workers (CDWs) from the municipalities of Anao and Paniqui on July 16, 2024. The training focused on enhancing educational experiences for children with special needs.
