Ms. Rochelle Kate Tagara is a dedicated Technical Staff member at the Center for Community and Local Governance Studies and Policy Development. In addition to her role at the center, she currently serves as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairman of Brgy. Baras Baras, where she actively engages in youth leadership and community development initiatives. Her dual roles allow her to contribute valuable insights from her grassroots experience to the center's programs, ensuring that the needs and perspectives of local communities are effectively represented in policy and governance projects.

Ms. Tagara is also pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Tarlac State University School of Law, further enhancing her ability to contribute to the field of governance and public service. Her legal education complements her work at the center, providing her with a strong foundation in legal principles that are crucial for effective governance and policy development. Her unique combination of practical experience as an SK Chairman and academic pursuit in law enables her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work, making her an invaluable asset to the center's mission of promoting sustainable and inclusive governance practices.
